This water repellent, mold & mildew resistant, fade resistant material meets CPAI-84, California Title 19, NFPA 701, and ASTM E84 standards, plus it's non-PFAS and easy-to-clean, backed by a 5-Year Warranty for reliable performance on awnings or shade structures. Unlike typical fabrics, its built-in fire retardancy delivers code-compliant safety without added treatments, keeping your projects looking sharp through sun, rain, and time.
